Slavneftstroi- US, Inc or "SNS-US") has been incorporated in the United States in the state of Nevada for over 10 years. SNS is now on the brink of developing several project globally. The current focus of SNS is to launch the Port Lavaca Refinery in Port Lavaca, Texas.

Our Services

Slavneftstroi's primary specialty is the engineering, construction, re-construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of oil refineries, power plants, pipelines, supporting infrastructure (e.g. high voltage towers and transmission lines), and any additional infrastructure (e.g. roads, railroads, mobile homes, etc.) that can be required by an oil or gas company. Slavneftstroi covers the entire construction project or only a specific part of project design and implementation.

The Market At Large

The largest oil production markets in the world are the United States, The Middle East, Russia, and India. The Global Oil exploration and drilling market is robust and due to the anticipated growth of global energy demand, it is poised for significant growth.

The competitive landscape of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms that specialize in the oil and gas industry includes large, global players; although, the majority of companies in this industry are small to medium sized firms that offer support to major private and state-controlled oil companies.

Due to the recent downturn in the global economy, many of these small firms have not been able to remain in business, thus leaving a vacuum for larger companies to capitalize on market share. As for the power plant MRO industry, there are approximately 15 large, global players that control the vast majority of the market share; there are an additional 65 to 80 medium to small players, of which the majority are domestic or regionally focused.

Marketing and Sales

SNS-US will achieve growth through a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy targeting oil companies, refineries, governmental planning groups, and other industries. The focus of Slavneftstroi's strategy will be to educate decision makers through a variety of mediums as to the benefits of its construction services, the quality of its performance in this arena.

SNS-US will focus its marketing efforts on the U.S., Middle East, Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia. The emphasis will be in the US, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Canada during its initial expansion stage.

SNS - US maintains a knowledgeable and highly responsive sales force to capitalize on the personal nature of the markets the Company targets. Sales personnel will develop a deep understanding of their individual clients' specific needs and ensure that they have a consistent, high quality experience whenever utilizing Slavneftstroi's construction services.

SNS-US will focus on direct marketing efforts through close contact channels with customers to increase awareness of the benefits inherent to Slavneftstroi's expertise, thus growing its share of the overall market. SNS-US will also engage in marketing the company through a variety of mediums, including energy industry publications, public relations (print, internet, and TV news & articles), internet advertising, and potentially television advertising.
