PORT LAVACA REFINERY
Proposed Project
SlavNeftStroi US Texas, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of
SlavNeftStroi US INC a Nevada Corporation in partnership with Port Lavaca Refinery LLC is proposing the acquisition and development of an initial 40k bbl/Day Modular Crude Oil Refinery, located in Port Lavaca Texas with a net zero carbon footprint. Additional Modular Processing Units will be added in increments of 20k bbl/day, as economics dictate.
This project will incorporate Condensed Solar Power Stations, and
Hydrogen Reformer technologies, reducing the cost of operation,
adding additional Revenues Streams, and creating significant Tax
Incentives. The Refinery will sit on a total of 306 acres located on a shipping canal, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The site will be developed into a state of the art Crude Oil and Renewable Energy
production facility. Leveraging Modular Refinery, Condensed
Solar Power, and Hydrogen production, technologies. Creating a
Carbon Neutral Energy Production facility ready to meet the
energy demands now and into the future.
